Lung cancer IgG autoantibody profiling
Kit Components
- RayBio® Human Lung Cancer IgG Autoantibody G1 Array Slide
- RayBio® G series antibody array accessory (including slide incubation chamber assembly, Gasket, Protective cover, Snap-on sides and adhesive film)
- Blocking Buffer (8 ml/bottle)
- Wash Buffer 1 (30 ml/bottle)
- Wash Buffer 2 (30 ml/bottle)
- 1,000X Biotin-conjugated anti-human IgG (1.5 µl/1 vial)
- 1,500X Streptavidin-Conjugated Fluor (1 µl/vial)
Other Materials Required
- Small plastic boxes or containers
- Orbital shaker or oscillating rocker
- Pipettors, pipette tips and other common lab consumables
- Distilled water
- Aluminum foil
- Laser scanner for fluorescence detection

Typical Data
The following image is a typical result of the Human Lung Cancer Autoantibody Protein Array. The arrays were incubated with 1:200 diluted serum samples. The results shown in Fig. A indicate no background from the biotin-labeled anti-human IgG antibody or from the fluorescent dye-labeled streptavidin. In Fig. B, a base background level is established from normal serum. This background can be subtracted during data analysis without affecting the results. Lastly, Figures C and D are the results of two individuals diagnosed with lung cancer. Several autoantibodies show clear binding.

Storage/Stability
Upon receipt, all components of the RayBio® Human Protein Array kit should be stored at -20 °C to -80 °C until just before the experiment. At -20 °C to -80 °C the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months. Please use within six months of purchase. Once thawed, the array glass slide and Blocking Buffer should be kept at –20 °C and all other component should be stored at 4 °C Use within three months after reagents have been thawed.
